...I'm reading many news about dogs in these days, some good, some bad... but this was funny Laughing I translated it for you.

La Stampa - column La Zampa ("The Paw") July 6

Clumsy dog flood its home

A rottweiler opens the tap to quench one's thirst

TURIN
It might have been the dog, a rottweiler, leaved alone in the home, thirsty, to opens the tap that flooded an house in the midtown of Rivoli. It's one of the hypothesis, apparently surreal, of the firefighters attended in that matter that seems to be a banal water leak. The event occurred in Principe Eugenio 14 square, in the city center of Rivoli. On the place there are also men of the police station of Rivoli, looking for the owners of the house and the dog.

...this news don't seems to me so "surreal"... in the last years I read a funny topic on a wolfdog forum, about wrongdoings of dogs:

Ha, very funny. But I think the owners really asked for it. As did the owners of those dogs in the pictures on that forum you linked to, I'm guessing.

A dog is like a small child: You should never leave it alone unsupervised. Yes, dogs can learn to behave themselves on thier own for certain periods of time. But it's not a given.

If you leave a dog (or any pet) unsupervised in an environment where it can potentially make a mess of things or otherwise get into trouble, you do so at your own risk. Police
