I was wondering how many read the RPs. Me myself love it cause it helps develop writing skills. It also helps some others get ideas for thier own stories.
I started New Life for the forum to read. Now I find myself wondering what everyone thinks. I don't intend on stopping my posts anytime soon. My hope is that everyone takes abit of time to read them, but I also know that it is hard if you have a life..
If you have any questions about the RPs please ask, I for one would like to know.

I read them occassionally, but RP's aren't my thing so I don't contribute Laughing

If anyone reads them that in itself contributes, at least in my book. Wink

If I know that others are reading then I know that I am doing good. I am less worried about people posting and wondering more about if I can improve.
I love to tell stories so I also like to have an opinon on what others think of them.

Hmm, you'll have to see TWF about that because there isn't a way to comment on the RP's for constructive comments. The only thing I can remember off the top of my head about the RP's negatively is the way that the name of the character is constantly repeated in each post but I figured that might just be something to do with the way RP's are done.

Thank you for your input about the characters names being repeated. I am glad that I'm not the only one thinking that.
Hmm.... I think that might be the way most RPs are done. Though I am not sure. I do know that it is hard not to say the names of the characters if you are posting with more then one of them.

well, every so often I go in and read them, but usually I just dont bother to.

About the names being repeated, that bothers me but I do it a lot too; mainly because I try to get those done fast so I don't read through them again so I don't edit them.

I've always thought that. Ever since the first RP I ever read. But I believe it's necessary to the RP format to have that occur. As for me, I'll be posting in the RPs as much as I can. I'm just being patient before just jumping into (or creating) any story.

I always try to just have my chara's name at the beginning of a post and then stick to nicknames or s/he. Since a post if often equivalent to one paragraph, that fits to the standard of many books.

I read them occasionally, not much though. I probably won't be particpating in them either because I just don't have time; reading them takes up quite a bit of time itself.

I had no idea that you wanted to be in a Rp. Juslt let the author of the story know and make a character. I would love to see some more Rpers in there.

yeah I wanna join an RP but I need to some more research to determine what my character would be like and I want to get adjusted to going back to school again before joining an RP.

just a thougth. I usaly base my character on some part of me. it helps me to relate better to them... though sometimes I put in different sides of me. kinda like when I was 7 what did I think ... or the other day when I was anrgy about something what was going through my mind. Always relate your character to you. the more you can relate to it then the more you will like that character. I would like to see you in the character friends RP.

If you need any help in making one then let me know, but in the mean time don't worrie so much.. school is more important anyway.
maybe just keep an eye on the rp so you know what is happening.
