What do you think about the oil drilling there?
Yes. It will help the economy.

I don't know that much. I think they made it a law for those who use the land have to make it better than how they found it but I'm not sure if that's state law or not. And it would be hard to enforce a law in a state that does not border any of the others.

point well made...

tell you the truth, i was just sitting down reading the National Geographic, and what an impact the oil industry has had on the Alpine and Arctic National Wildlife Reserve...it just worries me about what will happen if they have one of thier huge oil spills, and fire incidents...but i haven't heard of any so far..so i guess that is a good sign.

i just wish i could show you this mapping of the area in North Slope, Alaska and see how many of those oil and gas wells they have there, but i don't have a scanner

Yeah, they are so 'sloppy' there, everywhere in fact. Come on with an alternative source that's safer and less harmful to the wildlife and enviroment.

maybe you can find the same picture on the internet and post it on here like that.

Well, I had a chance to see it. The greed of humans, no matter the cost, they'll get what they want even if it means millions of animals deaths.

something to replace oil powered cars would be great. I just wish they'd hurry it up.
